Issue to Third Parties. After the procedures set out in this clause 6 have been complied with and exhausted, if any Issue Securities have not been allocated (Remaining Securities), the Company may issue those Remaining Securities to one or more other parties selected by the Board, on terms no more favourable to that party than those offered to the Shareholders. If the Company does not issue all Remaining Securities within 90 days after the date of service of the Issue Notice, it may not issue those Securities without complying again with this clause 6.
