ISSUER'S AND TRUSTEE'S ACCESS TO PROJECT. The Issuer and the Trustee shall have the right, upon appropriate prior notice to the Company, to have reasonable access to the Project and the books and records of the Company with respect to the Project during normal business hours for the purpose of making examinations and inspections of the same.

  • Access to Project Site ‌ City will make available, no later than the commencement date designated in the current construction Schedule accepted by City, the lands and facilities upon which the Work is to be performed, including such access and other lands and facilities designated in the Contract Documents, for use by Contractor.
