ISSUES FOR DETERMINATION. There are two issues in this claim. These are: (1) Whether or not the operation and effect of the provisions of Sections 7(1), 7(2) and 37(1) of the Act contravene the Claimants’ constitutional right not to be hindered in the enjoyment of their freedom of association conferred by section 13(1) of the Belize Constitution. (2) Whether or not the operation and effect of the provisions of Sections 7(1), 7 (2) and 37 of the Act contravene the Claimants’ constitutional right not to be denied the opportunity to gain their living by work or by pursuing an occupation or engaging in a trade which they freely choose conferred by section 15(1) of the Belize Constitution.
