Common use of Issuing and Principal Paying Agent Clause in Contracts

Issuing and Principal Paying Agent. The Issuer shall provide to the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent in a sufficient quantity, in the case of Clauses 13.1.2(ii), 13.1.3 and 13.1.413.1(b), 13.1(c) and 13.1(d), for distribution among the relevant Agents as required by this Agreement or the Conditions: (a) 13.1.1 executed master Global Notes to be used from time to time for the purpose of issuing Notes in accordance with Clause 3;

Issuing and Principal Paying Agent. The Issuer shall provide to the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent in a sufficient quantity, in the case of Clauses 13.1.2(ii), 13.1.3 and 13.1.413.1(b)13.1.3, 13.1(c) and 13.1(d), 13.1.4 for distribution among the relevant Agents as required by this Agreement or the Conditions: (a) 13.1.1 executed master Global Notes to be used from time to time for the purpose of issuing Notes in accordance with Clause 3; 13.1.2 if Definitive Notes in bearer form of any Series are to be issued, (i) such Definitive Notes and any related Coupons and Talons, duly executed on behalf of the Issuer,
