Issuing Lender Reporting Requirements. Each Issuing Lender shall, no later than the fifth Business Day following the last day of each calendar month and on the last Business Day of each calendar quarter (or, to the extent that the Administrative Agent so agrees, not more than two Business Days thereafter), provide to the Administrative Agent and the Company separate schedules for Commercial Domestic Letters of Credit and Standby Domestic Letters of Credit issued by such Issuing Lender, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the aggregate Domestic L/C Obligations outstanding to such Issuing Lender at the end of each month or calendar quarter, as the case may be, and any information requested by the Administrative Agent or the Company relating to the date of issue, account party, amount, expiration date and reference number of each Domestic Letter of Credit issued by it. Promptly following receipt by the Administrative Agent of the quarterly schedule, the Administrative Agent shall provide to each Revolving Credit Lender a report containing such information.
