Issuing Lender Reporting Requirements. In addition to the reports required by Section 2.2.2(c), each Issuing Lender shall, no later than the tenth Business Day following the last day of each month, provide to the Agent a schedule of Facility Letters of Credit issued by it, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, showing the date of issue, account party, amount, expiration date and the reference number of each Facility Letter of Credit issued by it outstanding at any time during such month and the aggregate amount payable by the Borrower during the month pursuant. Copies of such reports shall be provided promptly to the Borrower and each Lender by the Agent.

Copies of such reports shall be provided promptly to the Borrower and each Lender by the Administrative Agent.
