IST. Please note that your login time may vary according to business needs, including modifications during daylight savings time. The 40-hour work week does not include an additional one-hour lunch break to which employees are entitled each workday. You may be required to work a shift pattern 5 days a week. In working a shift pattern you may also be required to work a night shift. Your hours of work may be subject to variation, depending on the schedule operated by your department which you will be notified of, from time to time, in writing. Subject to the shift pattern you work, you may be eligible for a shift allowance which you will be notified about as well. You should note that your entitlement to paid holiday and shift allowance may increase or decrease in the event that your pattern of work is altered. Work patterns vary and you may be required to work outside of these normal working hours should the needs of the business make it necessary. The position will, from time to time, require work on additional hours. You will be compensated for such hours worked according to Northern’s overtime policy if you are an overtime eligible partner. Where required by Northern, you must accurately record your start and finishing times, and also the hours which you work each day.

IST. ● USBL experiments at the Oceanarium dock, Lisbon, PT The USBL and acoustic modem units, manufactured by EvoLogics GmbH, Germany are property of IST and were brought into the CADDY project to test cooperative navigation and control algorithms at an early stage of the work program. At the beginning of the second year of the CADDY project, the units will be replaced by the new, highly performing communication and USBL systems under development by the University of Newcastle (CADDY partner). Nevertheless, it was judged useful to test the existing units and assess their performance, with a view to better understand the type of performance that can be achieved with navigation and control. The units achieve data transmission rates of 9600 bps, range measurements with a standard deviation of 100 mm, and angular measurements with standard deviations of 5 deg. These figures were computed based on data acquired during experiments conducted at the “Oceanarium dock”, in Lisbon, Portugal, using one MEDUSAS vehicle doing path-following manoeuvres in the neighbourhood of another MEDUSA vehicle “sitting” at the bottom of the dock on a “tripod”, see Fig 6.3.1 Fig. 6.3.1 A MEDUSA vehicle “sitting” on a tripod, ready to go in the water for USBL calibration purposes. (d) Die watchOS-Software darf zur Reproduktion von Materialien verwendet werden, sofern sich diese Verwendung auf die Reproduktion von Materialien beschränkt, (i) die nicht durch Urheberrechte geschützt sind, (ii) für die du das Urheberrecht besitzt oder (iii) zu deren Reproduktion du bevollmächtigt oder durch Gesetze autorisiert bist. Das Eigentums- und Urheberrecht an den Inhalten, die über deine Apple Watch angezeigt oder darauf gespeichert werden bzw. auf die über deine Apple Watch zugegriffen wird, liegt bei den jeweiligen Eigentümern dieser Inhalte. Solche Inhalte sind möglicherweise durch Urheberrechte oder andere Rechte und Verträge hinsichtlich des geistigen Eigentums geschützt und können den Nutzungsbestimmungen des Dritten unterliegen, der diese Inhalte bereitstellt. Darüber hinaus ist dir bewusst, dass viele Funktionen und Dienste der watchOS-Software Daten übertragen und Auswirkungen auf deinen Datentarif haben könnten und dass du für solche Gebühren verantwortlich bist. Du hast die Kontrolle darüber, welche Programme Mobilfunkdaten nutzen dürfen, und kannst in den Einstellungen unter „Mobile Daten“ nachsehen, wie viele Daten solche Programme schätzungsweise verbraucht haben. Indem du die Apple Watch verwendest, stimmst du zu, dass du dafür verantwortlich bist, Regeln einzuhalten, die die Nutzung von Mobiltelefonen oder Kopfhörern untersagen oder beschränken (z. B. die Verpflichtung, Freisprecheinrichtungen zu verwenden, wenn du während des Fahrens telefonierst). (h) Die Apple Watch, der Herzfrequenzsensor und seine Daten sowie die mitgelieferten Apple Watch- Apps sind keine medizinischen Geräte und nur für Fitnesszwecke vorgesehen. Sie sind nicht dafür konzipiert oder vorgesehen, bei der Diagnose von Krankheiten oder anderen Beschwerden bzw. bei der Heilung, Linderung, Behandlung oder Prävention von Krankheiten verwendet zu werden. (i) Konsultiere deinen Arzt, bevor du ein Trainingsprogramm mit der Apple Watch beginnst oder modifizierst. Sei vorsichtig und achtsam während des Trainings. Beende das Training unverzüglich, sobald du Schmerzen empfindest, dich matt, schwindelig oder erschöpft fühlst oder Atemnot verspürst. Indem du trainierst, nimmst du die damit verbundenen Risiken in Kauf, einschließlich jeglicher Verletzungen, zu denen es bei solchen Aktivitäten kommen kann. This Clause is also applicable in the case of the bank holding back any retention amount out of its own accord or on request of the PURCHASER. 8.4. The SELLER undertakes to erect the unit according to the general building standards as set by Financial Institutions. The unit is be registered with the NHBRC. 8.5. Should a dispute arise or be declared, such dispute shall be resolved by an Arbitrator appointed by the Developer. The costs in respect thereof shall be borne by the unsuccessful party. Pending the outcome of the dispute, the PURCHASER shall be obliged to pay the outstanding amount to the Conveyancers who shall hold it in trust.

  • Publikace The Institution and the Investigator agree that the Sponsor shall have the sole and exclusive right to the first publication of the results of the Study. Such Sponsor publication is intended to be a multi-center publication of the Study results, collected from all investigators and institutions participating in the Study (the “Multi- Center Publication”). If the Investigator is interested in contributing to or participating in the Multi-Center Publication, he or she must contact the Sponsor. Selection of authors/participants will be governed by the Sponsor, considering individuals’ contribution to the Study.
