Item 9. DETERMINATION OF THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES WHO SHALL RECEIVE LEAVE EACH WEEK DURING THE CHOICE VACATION PERIOD (ARTICLE 10, SECTION 4.B) The maximum number of employees to be granted annual leave each week during the choice vacation period shall be 14%, but will not be less than one (1) APWU represented employee. Any fraction of .5 or more shall be rounded up to the next highest number. When PSE’s are on the roll, they shall count toward the percentage for annual leave.
