Common use of ITEM QUANTITIES Clause in Contracts

ITEM QUANTITIES. The item quantities indicated in the Bid Schedule are estimates only, subject to final verification by the Engineer. Item quantities for items to be furnished are the minimum quantities. ASTC controllers will be supplied by the City. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Contract, Part H, Article 59.1 is hereby deleted in its entirety.
