Common use of Items to be Supplied by Jabil Clause in Contracts

Items to be Supplied by Jabil. Jabil will employ the Jabil Manufacturing Process, any required manufacturing technology, manufacturing capacity, labor, transportation logistics, systems and facilities necessary for Jabil to perform the Manufacturing Services according to the terms and conditions specified herein.

Jabil may suggest alternative sources for Company’s ▇▇▇▇ of Materials (BUMS) as a part of the Jabil Manufacturing Process, and will utilize Commercially Reasonable Efforts to the terms identify available cost reduction/savings, including material components and conditions specified hereinlabor content, and share such recommendations with Company as appropriate.

Jabil will maintain Loaned Equipment in good operating condition in the same manner as it maintains its own equipment and will return same to Company in good operating condition when it is no longer needed for the Manufacturing Services, reasonable wear and tear excepted, having due regard to the terms age and conditions specified hereinuse of the equipment.
