Items to be Supplied by Jabil. Jabil will provide required technology, capacity, labor, transportation logistics, component parts, systems and facilities necessary for Jabil to perform the Services.

Jabil will provide (i) supply Components and materials as set forth in Section 4.6 below, and (ii) employ the Jabil Manufacturing Process, any required manufacturing technology, manufacturing capacity, labor, transportation logistics, component parts, systems and facilities necessary for Jabil to perform the Manufacturing Services.
