IUAs for Initial Spectrum Capacity. In exchange for access to the Initial Spectrum Capacity made available to Clearwire pursuant to Individual Use Agreements in the form attached as Exhibit II hereto (individually, an "IUA") executed and delivered as of the Effective Date in accordance with the applicable closing procedure set forth in ARTICLE IV. Clearwire will provide at the times and in the manner set forth in each IUA and hereunder, the Economic Royalties set forth in ARTICLE II, together with the commitment to provide the bundle of rights and services set forth in ARTICLE III (identified collectively as the "Access Right Royalties").
