Common use of Janitor Service Clause in Contracts

Janitor Service. Landlord shall furnish daily janitor services in the Premises as set forth on Exhibit H attached hereto, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted. Tenant shall not provide janitor services without the prior written consent of Landlord and then only subject to the supervision of Landlord and as Tenant's sole responsibility, cost and expense, by contractors or employees at all times satisfactory to Landlord.

Janitor Service. Landlord shall furnish daily janitor services and cleaning service in accordance with the Premises specifications attached hereto as set forth on Exhibit H attached heretoC in and about the Premises, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted. Tenant shall not provide any janitor services or cleaning without the Landlord's prior written consent of Landlord and then only subject to the supervision of Landlord (but not as agent or servant of Landlord) and as at Tenant's sole responsibility, cost and expense, and by contractors a janitor or cleaning contractor or employees at all times satisfactory to Landlord.
