Jebelz Policies. Site Terms are applicable to all activities or transactions made on or via the Site. If Jebelz is notified by a seller or a third party brand owner, or via a court, administrative, or government order that the products or a portion violate the Intellectual Property Rights or IPRs (which expressions shall include without limitation (i) copyright, patents, database rights and rights in trademarks, designs, know-how and confidential information (whether registered or unregistered); (ii) applications for registration, and the right to apply for registration, for any of these rights; and (iii) all other IPRs and equivalent or similar forms of protection existing anywhere in the world) or any other rights of any third party or any Applicable Laws, Jebelz may remove such products from the Site and Jebelz warehouses (if relevant) at its sole discretion or ask Seller to remove such products within a reasonable timeframe notified in writing. Seller acknowledges that Jebelz may from time to time introduce and implement new business rules, and customer care guidelines. Additionally, we are under no obligation to provide any information, material, or document to you, including following termination of these Agreement Terms or cancelation of a Seller account. You have no option other than to accept test reports from a reliable international agency engaged by us to verify the authenticity of your products. Selling Counterfeit items is considered a fraud and under the new “Anti- Commercial Fraud Law” passed, the sale of a counterfeit item is liable to a minimum fine of AED 250,000 (up to AED 500,000) to the government. Failing to comply with this clause may cause immediate termination of the contract and a penalty up to AED 50,000.

  • General Policies 9.6.1 Each Party’s resources are for approved this Agreement’s business purposes only. 9.6.2 Each Party may exercise at any time its right to inspect, record, and/or remove all information contained in its systems, and take appropriate action should unauthorized or improper usage be discovered. 9.6.3 Individuals will only be given access to resources that they are authorized to receive and which they need to perform their job duties. Users must not attempt to access resources for which they are not authorized. 9.6.4 Authorized users shall not develop, copy or use any program or code which circumvents or bypasses system security or privilege mechanism or distorts accountability or audit mechanisms. 9.6.5 Actual or suspected unauthorized access events must be reported immediately to each Party’s security organization or to an alternate contact identified by that Party. Each Party shall provide its respective security contact information to the other.

  • Blanket Policies Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 6.03, any insurance which Lessee is required to obtain pursuant to this Section 6.03 may be carried under a “blanket” policy or policies covering other properties or liabilities of Lessee provided that such “blanket” policy or policies otherwise comply with the provisions of this Section 6.03.
