Common use of JOB CLASSIFICATION AND WAGES Clause in Contracts

JOB CLASSIFICATION AND WAGES. Schedule "A" attached hereto shows the classifications and wages of the employees within the bargaining un it in effect from the dates set out therein. The parties agree that the said schedules and contents thereof shall constitute part of the Agreement. It is further agreed that if any new classification within the scope of the bargaining unit are created during the lifetime of this Agreement, wage rates for such classifications shall commence to be negotiated between the Corporation and the Union not later than fourteen (1 4) calendar days after the Corporation establishes any such classification. Failure to mutually ▇▇▇▇ on either a new classification or rate of pay for same, shall be the subject matter of a grievance for the purpose of this Agreement.
