Job Rotation. 2.11.1 It is a condition of employment that all Employees perform duties and functions for which they have the skills and training to perform and that they are prepared to undertake training to perform tasks outside their usual duties 2.11.2 Subject to subclauses 2.11.3 and 2.11.4, Employees who work at higher level duties will be paid at the rate of pay for the higher level for the time worked at those higher level duties. 2.11.3 Where Employees request to perform work in a lower level they will be paid at the rate appropriate for that lower for the hours worked at that lower level. 2.11.4 Should the Employer offer the opportunity to be cross-trained in higher level duties then the Employee shall be paid the existing level (lower) rate until the Employee is deemed competent to perform at the higher level.
