Job Selection Criteria. (a) No Discrimination or Favouritism The Employer shall ensure that in the exercise of its job selection rights under this Article that no discrimination or favouritism affects any particular candidate. b) All job selections under this Article shall be based on qualifications, skills and ability to perform the vacant job, and shall include consideration of an Employee’s performance in their current job. Employees whose applications do not demonstrate the required qualifications shall not be granted an interview.
