Common use of JOB Clause in Contracts

JOB. Except for past practices no excluded employee may perform duties normally assigned to members of the Bargaining Unit. No employee hired prior to the date of the signing of this Collective Agreement shall be subject to layoff or have their hours of work reduced or for seasonal employees, have their recall rights affected, as a result of the employer contracting out Bargaining Unit work.
