Joinder of Authorized Representatives Sample Clauses

The Joinder of Authorized Representatives clause establishes the process by which additional parties, typically individuals or entities acting on behalf of an original party, may formally join an agreement as authorized representatives. This clause outlines the requirements for such representatives to be recognized, often necessitating a written acknowledgment or signature to confirm their authority and acceptance of the agreement's terms. Its core function is to ensure that all parties acting on behalf of an original signatory are properly bound by the contract, thereby maintaining clarity and enforceability regarding who is authorized to act under the agreement.
