Common use of Joinder of Parties Clause in Contracts

Joinder of Parties. Each of Wendover and Client agree that it will use commercially reasonable efforts to join (and will allow the other party to join) any third party that the parties have agreed is indispensable to the arbitration. If any such third party does not agree to be joined, the arbitration will proceed nonetheless.
