Joining Fee. Most memberships require a non-refundable joining fee at time of purchase of new membership. If your membership has been ▇▇▇▇▇- cially inactive for a period exceeding one year, you are required to pay a joining fee again. You may upgrade/downgrade your membership type at any time by contacting the member services department. An administrative fee of $25.00 will be charged for downgrades. A prorated fee may also be due at time of change.
