Joint Accountability. The Strategy Group will appoint a committee of its own members to develop a means to build direct account- ability for improving the Partnership, including a method for frontline union and management leaders to provide reciprocal feedback. The committee will provide these recommendations and a recommendation on implementa- tion to the Executive Committee of the Strategy Group by 12/1/2010. The Strategy Group will act on the recommendations by 1/1/2011.
