Joint and Several Obligations of Tenant. If more than one individual or entity comprises Tenant, the obligations imposed on each individual or entity that comprises Tenant under this Agreement shall be joint and several. 118.8 Time is of the Essence. Time shall be of the essence as to all dates and times of performance, and obligations set forth herein, whether or not a specific date is contained herein. If performance is required by the terms hereof on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday in California, the performance shall be made on the next business day.
