JOINT APPLICANT LIABILITY. If this Agreement is executed by more than one person, each of you shall be jointly and individually liable to us for all charges made to the Account, including applicable interest, fees, charges, and costs due to us pursuant to this Agreement or applicable law. In addition, you agree that each of you designates the other as agent for the purpose of use of your Card and each use of your Card shall be an extension of credit to all. Notice to one of you shall constitute notice to all. Any joint cardholder may remove him/herself from responsibility for future purchases at any time by notifying us in writing after we have had a reasonable time to process the request. However, removal from the Account does not release you from any liability already incurred and we may change the terms of the Account, including, but not limited to, lower the Credit Limit. AUTHORIZED USERS: You are responsible for any use of your Account by anyone that you permit to use it, and you will be liable for all credit extended to such persons. An Authorized User can use the Account to the same extent as an Account Owner, including, but not limited to, making purchases, balance transfers, cash advances, and allowing others to use the Account. Authorized Users of this Account may have the same access to information about the Account and its users as the Account Owner. If you request in writing, we may issue Cards that access your Account to your Authorized Users. We will terminate an Authorized User’s Card and other credentials if you notify us in writing after we have had a reasonable time to process the request. If you terminate an Authorized User, we may close your Account and open a new account with a different account number. We may send Account materials (Cards, periodic statements and notices) to any Account Owner, and that person will be responsible for delivering those materials to the other Account Owners and Authorized Users. Notice to any of you will be considered notice to all of you. If someone else is authorized to use your Card and you want to end that person’s privilege, you must notify us in writing, and if he or she has a Card, you must return the Card to us with your written notice for the notice to be effective.

We do not have to pay any item that would cause the terms outstanding balance in your Account to exceed your credit limit. Charges that apply in connection with the use of conve- nience checks are as follows: Copy of Paid Check $5; Stop Payment on Check $15; Non-Sufficient Funds Check (NSF) as follows: the first NSF convenience check occurrence, a fee equal to the lesser of the Accountamount of the check or $25 will be assessed; if another NSF convenience check occurs during the next six billing cycles, includinga fee equal to the lesser of the amount of the check or $35 will be assessed. Fees will be assessed at the time they are incurred. In addition to periodic interest charges, but not limited to, lower the Credit Limit. AUTHORIZED USERS: You are responsible for any use of convenience checks is subject to an additional fee which is disclosed under the “Cash Advance/- Convenience Check Fee” section of this Agreement. There is no grace period for convenience checks. BALANCE TRANSFERS: Subject to your Account by anyone that you permit to use itavailable credit, and you will be liable for all able to transfer the balances of non-Amarillo National Bank credit extended card accounts to such persons. If you request in writinga balance transfer to be made, you should not rely on a balance transfer to be made by any particular date. Although most balance transfers will be made sooner, it could take up to four weeks before payment to your other account is made. Accordingly, you should continue to make all required payments on your other accounts until you confirm that the balance transfer has been made. Balance transfers may not exceed your available credit. Balance transfers will be processed from the lowest to the highest dollar amount. If a balance transfer coupon is more than your available credit limit, we may issue Cards that access your Account will automatically lower the balance transfer amount to your Authorized Usersavailable credit and complete the transfer. We will terminate an Authorized User’s Card and not close your other credentials accounts, even if you notify us in writing after we have had a reasonable time to process transfer the requestentire balance. If you terminate an Authorized User, we may want to close your Account and open a new account with a different account number. We may send Account materials (Cards, periodic statements and notices) to any Account Owner, and that person will be responsible for delivering those materials to the other Account Owners and Authorized Users. Transfer of a balance that contains disputed purchases or other charges may cause you to lose any dispute rights you may have with regard to those purchases or other charges. If you terminate an Authorized User, we may close your Account and open a new account with a different account number. We may send Account materials (Cards, periodic statements and notices) to any Account Owner, and that person I will be responsible charged for delivering those materials to each order or renewal of each order the other Account Owners and Authorized Users. Notice to any of you will be considered notice to amount then being charged under all of you. If someone else is authorized to use your Card and you want to end that person’s privilege, you must notify us in writing, and if he or she has a Card, you must return the Card to us with your written notice checking accounts for the notice to be effectivestopping payment of an item.
