Common use of Joint Commitment Clause in Contracts

Joint Commitment. It is the joint commitment of the parties to work together to make operations in Granville highly competitive, excelling in occupational health and safety awareness, productivity, quality and environmental responsibility through flexibility, communication and commitment to continuous improvement. The parties are committed to continuous improvement in occupational health and safety standards through the implementation of an organisational framework within the workplace which involves all parties in protecting employee’s health and safety. At all workplaces covered by this Agreement, the parties are committed to implementing the best achievable levels of health and safety. The parties shall institute procedures for collecting information on the nature of hazards and incidence of injuries.
