Joint Committee to Make Recommendations on Budgetary and Scheduling Efficiencies. The parties shall establish a Joint Committee for the purpose of reviewing and making recommendations about budgetary efficiencies with a focus on middles schools, including middle school schedules. The Joint Committee will be comprised of the IBB Negotiations Team from the District and the BHEA. Any recommendations by the committee will require ratification by the BHEA and approval by the Board of Education.
