Common use of Joint Controller Agreement Clause in Contracts

Joint Controller Agreement. As part of this job role it may be necessary for the incumbent to carry out Data Protection Impact Assessments on applications and systems that fall within the remit of the ASDT (Application Service Development Team). This would occur under the direction of the ISS (Information Systems and Services) DAIS (Data Assurance and Information Security) Lead SAC (Security Assurance Coordinator) for ASDT. This would require liaison with the nominated Data Protection Officer for ISS.
