JOINT COUNCIL. A joint council shall be formed. It shall consist of the Chief Operating Officer or designee; the Food Service Director; a Site Coordinator; and, three (3) employees appointed by the Union. The Council will meet at least quarterly to discuss matters of mutual interest including, but not limited to, workplace safety. Meetings shall be held before or after work hours unless the parties mutually agree otherwise. Employees shall receive their hourly rate of pay for attendance at these meetings.
