Common use of JOINT GUARANTORS Clause in Contracts

JOINT GUARANTORS. 14.1 The liability of each Guarantor under this Guarantee shall be joint and several with each other Guarantor and every indemnity, agreement and undertaking contained in this Guarantee shall be construed accordingly. 14.2 The liability of each Guarantor under this Guarantee to the Beneficiaries shall not be discharged or affected in any way (a) by reason of the invalidity, voidability or unenforceability of this Guarantee as regards any other Guarantor or any other security or (b) by any Beneficiary releasing, discharging, compounding with or varying the liability under this Guarantee of, or making any other arrangement with, any other Guarantor.
