Common use of Joint Inspection Clause in Contracts

Joint Inspection. At least thirty (30) days before the Vacation Date, Tenant shall arrange to meet with Landlord for a joint inspection of the Premises. After such inspection, Landlord shall prepare a list of items that Tenant must perform before the Vacation Date solely to deliver the Premises in the condition required in Section 17.1.3 below. If Tenant fails to arrange for such inspection, then Landlord may conduct such inspection and Landlord's determination of the work Tenant is required to perform before the Vacation Date shall be conclusive. If Tenant fails to perform such work before the Vacation Date, then Landlord may perform such work at Tenant's cost. Tenant shall pay all cost incurred by Landlord in performing such work within ten (10) days after Landlord's request thereof.
