Common use of Joint Inventions Clause in Contracts

Joint Inventions. The Parties shall jointly own all inventions made in connection with this Agreement jointly by employees, agents or consultants of Licensee or its Affiliates, on the one hand, and employees, agents or consultants of Licensor or its Affiliates, on the other hand, on the basis of each Party having an undivided interest in the whole (“Joint Inventions”).

Joint Inventions. Joint Inventions. The Parties shall jointly own all inventions relating to any Compound or Product or its manufacture or use made in connection with this Agreement jointly by employees, agents or and consultants of Licensee or its AffiliatesProcessa, on the one hand, and employees, agents or and consultants of Licensor or its AffiliatesElion, on the other hand, on the basis of each Party having an undivided interest in the whole (“Joint Inventions”). Joint Inventions may only be used in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The Parties or their Affiliates shall jointly own all inventions made in connection with this Agreement conceived jointly by employees, agents or and consultants of Licensee or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and its Affiliates, on the one hand, and employees, agents or and consultants of Licensor or Legend and its Affiliates, on the other hand, in the course of performing Development, CMC Development, Manufacturing or Commercialization activities under this Agreement, on the basis of each Party having an undivided interest in the whole (“Joint Inventions”).

Joint Inventions. Joint Inventions. The Both Parties shall will jointly own all right, title and interest in and to any inventions made in connection with this Agreement invented jointly by the Parties, their Affiliates, or their respective employees, agents or consultants of Licensee or its Affiliates, on the one hand, and employees, agents or consultants of Licensor or its Affiliates, on the other hand, on the basis of each Party having an undivided interest independent contractors in the whole course of conducting any activities under this Agreement (collectively, “Joint Inventions”), Joint Patents and any Information generated or conceived jointly by the Parties, their Affiliates, or their respective employees, agents and independent contractors in the course of conducting any activities under this Agreement.
