Joint or Multiple Party Account without Right of Survivorship. An Account will be a Joint or Multiple Party Account without Right of Survivorship if you have so indicated in the Application, or if any such instrument otherwise fails to expressly indicate that the Account is held jointly with right of survivorship. On the death of a party, the party’s ownership of the Account passes as part of the party’s estate under the party’s Will or by intestacy.

  • NO RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP NON-TRANSFERABILITY You acknowledge, understand and agree that your account is non-transferable and any rights to your ID and/or contents within your account shall terminate upon your death. Upon receipt of a copy of a death certificate, your account may be terminated and all contents therein permanently deleted.

  • Rights of Survivorship If your account is a joint account, the account is owned as a joint account with rights of survivorship. Upon the death of one of the joint account owners, that person’s interest will become the property of the surviving joint account owners.

  • Survivorship The respective rights and obligations of the parties hereunder shall survive any termination of this Agreement to the extent necessary to the intended preservation of such rights and obligations.

  • No Right to Withdraw No Member shall have any right to resign or withdraw from the Company without the consent of the other Members or to receive any distribution or the repayment of its capital contribution except as provided in Section 7.2 and Article IX upon dissolution and liquidation of the Company. No Member shall have any right to have the fair value of its Membership Interest in the Company appraised and paid out upon the resignation or withdrawal of such Member or any other circumstances.

  • Compensation for Damages or Losses When investments by investors of either Contracting Party suffer damages or losses owing to war, armed conflict, a state of national emergency, revolt, insurrection, riot or other similar events in the territory of the other Contracting Party, they shall be accorded by the latter Contracting Party a treatment, as regards compensation or other settlement, not less favourable than that accorded to its own investors or to investors of any Third State.
