Common use of Joint Purchasing Clause in Contracts

Joint Purchasing. Pursuant to Section 67-2807, Idaho Code, the Board, subject to approval of the Parties’ governing boards as required by other provisions of this Agreement, may authorize joint purchasing of any real or personal property consistent with the laws of the state of Idaho. Prior to the Board approving any joint purchase, the Board shall identify by resolution the plan for distribution and/or ownership of property jointly owned by the Parties upon the withdrawal or termination of a Party.
