Common use of Joint Purchasing Clause in Contracts

Joint Purchasing. To the greatest extent authorized by the Constitution and laws of Illinois, a joint-purchasing agreement is hereby created between the County, the ETSB, and the Participant for the joint purchase of personal property, supplies, and services. At the request of any Party, the County, ETSB or the Participant may include that Party as an additional participant in any invitation to bid, request for proposal or contract. Each Party will be responsible for its own purchase of any personal property, supplies, or service made pursuant to such solicitation.
