Common use of Joint Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Joint Responsibility. If a claim or liability shall arise from the joint or concurring negligence of the Parties, such shall be borne by the Parties comparatively in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas as determined by a final, non- appealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction or as agreed by the Parties.
