Common use of Joint Site Investigation Clause in Contracts

Joint Site Investigation. As part of the Validation Study, the Owner and Risk/Reward Team members will conduct the Joint Site Investigation at or concerning the Project site to review all existing site information; perform investigations and surveys; document all site-related information needed to design and construct the Project; verify existing conditions within the Project site, including all points of connection; location of all utilities; and the accuracy of existing surveys and other documentation provided by the Owner. If a Party has participated in the Joint Site Investigation, it may rely upon the completeness and accuracy of the information provided by the Owner, to the extent that it is not contradicted by the Joint Site Investigation or any additional documents created or arising out of the Joint Site Investigation.
