Joint Venture Subsidiaries. The Borrower will not be obligated to comply with the provisions of this Section at any time with respect to any Equity Interest in a Joint Venture Subsidiary if and to the extent (but only to the extent) that such Equity Interest is excluded from the Security Interests at such time pursuant to Section 3(b)(v).
