Common use of Joint Working Clause in Contracts

Joint Working. The JCCP and NMC may, by agreement, undertake joint regulatory work. Throughout such work the JCCP and the NMC will retain and act in accordance with the NMC’s statutory powers and the accountability to the voluntary standards required of JCCP registrants, in the interests of best practice and public safety.
