Journal Database Fees Clause Samples

The Journal Database Fees clause defines the financial obligations related to accessing or using a journal's database. Typically, it outlines the specific fees that must be paid by the subscriber or licensee, details the payment schedule, and may specify what is included in the database access, such as the number of users or types of content available. This clause ensures that both parties are clear on the costs involved, helping to prevent disputes over payment and access rights.
