Common use of JPA Members Clause in Contracts

JPA Members. As of the Effective Date of this Amended Agreement, the Members of the Library JPA are the County of Nevada, the Town of Truckee and the County of Placer. These Members shall remain Members of the Library JPA after the Effective Date of this Amended Agreement, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
