Common use of JPA Members Clause in Contracts

JPA Members. As of the Effective Date of this Agreement, the sole Members of the Library JPA are the County of Nevada and the Town of Truckee (“Core Members”). These Core Members shall remain Members of the Library JPA after the Effective Date of this Agreement, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
