Judgment and Payment Sample Clauses

The Judgment and Payment clause outlines the obligations of a party to promptly pay any amounts that are determined to be owed by a final court judgment or arbitration award. Typically, this clause specifies the timeframe within which payment must be made after a judgment is rendered, and may address interest accrual or penalties for late payment. Its core function is to ensure that once a legal or arbitral decision is made, the prevailing party can efficiently collect the awarded sums, thereby reducing uncertainty and enforcing compliance with legal outcomes.
