Common use of Judgment Entered Clause in Contracts

Judgment Entered. Permit the entry of any monetary judgment or the assessment against, the filing of any tax lien against, or the issuance of any writ of garnishment or attachment against any property of or debts due Borrower in excess of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) or more to remain unsatisfied for a period in excess of fifteen (15) days.

Judgment Entered. Permit the entry of any monetary judgment or the assessment against, the filing of any tax lien against, or the issuance of any writ of garnishment or attachment against any property of or debts due Borrower in excess of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) or more to remain unsatisfied for a period an amount in excess of fifteen (15) days$50,000.00 which is not discharged or execution is not stayed within 30 days of entry.

Judgment Entered. Permit the entry of any monetary judgment or the ----------------- assessment against, the filing of any tax lien against, or the issuance of any writ of garnishment or attachment against any property of or debts due Borrower in excess of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) or more to remain unsatisfied for a period an amount in excess of fifteen $50,000.00 and that is not discharged or execution is not stayed within thirty (1530) daysdays of entry.

Judgment Entered. Permit Shall not permit the entry of any monetary judgment or the assessment against, the filing of any tax lien against, or the issuance of any writ of garnishment or attachment against any property of or debts due Borrower in excess of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) or more to remain unsatisfied for a period an amount in excess of fifteen $100,000.00 that is not discharged or execution is not stayed within thirty (1530) daysdays of entry (except judgments validly covered by insurance with a deductible of not more than $10,000).

Judgment Entered. Permit the entry of any monetary judgment or the assessment against, the filing of any tax lien against, or the issuance of any writ of garnishment or attachment against any property of or debts due Borrower that is not bonded, discharged or execution is not stayed within thirty (30) days of entry in excess of One Hundred Thousand Dollars an amount over fifty thousand dollars ($100,000) or more to remain unsatisfied for a period in excess of fifteen (15) days50,000).

Judgment Entered. Permit the entry of any monetary judgment or the assessment against, the filing of any tax lien against, or the issuance of any writ of garnishment or attachment against any property of or debts due Borrower in excess of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) or more to remain unsatisfied for a period an amount in excess of fifteen (15) days$1,000,000.00, in the aggregate, which is not discharged or execution is not stayed within 30 days of entry.
