Common use of Judgment or Attachment Clause in Contracts

Judgment or Attachment. If a judgment is entered against Borrower or any attachment be made for an amount in excess of $100,000.00 and such judgment or attachment is not vacated, discharged, stayed or bonded pending appeal, paid or otherwise fully satisfied within thirty (30) days of the date it is entered.

Judgment or Attachment.
