JUDICIAL ORDER. In the event that each Party is ordered to disclose the other Party’s Confidential Information pursuant to a judicial or government request, requirement or order, such Party shall promptly notify the other Party and shall take reasonable steps to assist the other Party in contesting such request, requirement or order or in otherwise protecting the other Party’s rights prior to disclosure.
