Junior Encumbrances. Without the prior written consent of Grantee, which consent Grantee may give, deny or condition in its reasonable discretion, Grantor shall not create or permit to exist any liens or encumbrances on the Premises which are junior and inferior in terms of priority to this Deed of Trust.
