Common use of JURISDICTION AND SEVERABILITY Clause in Contracts

JURISDICTION AND SEVERABILITY. This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or part thereof and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
