JURISDICTION OF THE COURTS. 2.6.1 The Supreme Court of the Northwest Territories will have jurisdiction in respect of any action or proceeding respecting the interpretation or application of the Final Agreement. 2.6.2 The Supreme Court of the Northwest Territories will have jurisdiction to review, on a question of Law or jurisdiction: (a) an enrolment appeal decision under the Eligibility and Enrolment chapter; and (b) a decision of an arbitrator under the Dispute Resolution chapter.
