JURISDICTION Submission to Jurisdiction. Any legal action or proceeding with respect to any Loan Document may be brought in the courts of the State of New York located in the City of New York, Borough of Manhattan, or of the United States for the Southern District of New York and, by execution and delivery of this Agreement, each party hereto hereby accepts for itself and in respect of its property, generally and unconditionally, the jurisdiction of the aforesaid courts. Each of the Depositor, the Sellers and the Servicer agrees that service of such process upon the Trustee shall constitute personal service of such process upon it.
