Keep. its Premises used for retail business fully staffed with knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, considerate and efficient employees. The Contractor shall require its employees to observe a strict impartiality as to services. The Contractor shall prohibit and restrain its agents, servants, and employees from loud, noisy and/or persistent announcement of its services on or about the Premises or the Airport.
